A note on what’s here: much of my strongest work lives behind NDAs and internal docs, so this is a partial, public-facing slice — including early testing on Gemini (back when it was Bard) at Google, across a range of tech-writing tools and stacks. For now these are just links. I’ll build them into proper case studies down the line.

A little about me
I grew up reading, writing, and watching every movie I could get my hands on. As the middle child of five, I spent years working at my parents' bed and breakfast, where I met countless fascinating guests and made an equal number of beds.
It was actually one of those guests who first suggested technical writing to me in high school and connected me with an internship at IBM — and the rest is history. I’m a Boston native and a New Englander at heart, and grateful for how it shaped me.
I live in Minneapolis and have become something of an academic nomad — my husband (a cognitive neuroscience professor) and I have moved four times since 2020. Living with someone who studies attention, memory, and learning has given me a front-row seat to how the brain actually processes information, and I’m always connecting those insights back to my work: how do people absorb new concepts? What makes technical explanations stick?
When I’m not working, you’ll find me puttering, thrifting, crafting, and daydreaming story ideas.
